How does it work and what does it involve?
Setting up Remote Storage Backup to work in your particular environment is a 1 minute process. When you apply for a storage vault, you get a unique user name and password for your secure box. You also get all the software necessary to backup and retrieve files.
After you install this program, a new folder will be created under your My Documents folder. anything you place into this folder will be uploaded to your Remote Storage Backup box either automatically or when you click an icon.... that's all. We can provide a customized solution to those individuals, professionals and companies whose computing requirements are unique.
